Abhilash Thekkilakattil is a post-doctoral researcher at Mälardalen University, Sweden, since 2016. He defended his PhD in computer science with specialization in real-time systems in May 2016. Previously, he obtained a master of science degree in computer science from Mälardalen University, Sweden and a bachelor of technology degree in computer science and engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India. He was an Erasmus Mundus Scholar under the European Union Erasmus Mundus External Co-operation Window program during 2009.
His areas of interests include various aspects of cyber-physical systems and Internet of Things (IoT).
