David Rylander received an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden in 2006. David has since then worked at Volvo Technology in various positions as a researcher, engineering specialist, project manager and product area manager for internal as well as external collaboration projects within the domain of telematics, wireless communication and networks for the vehicle industry. Since October 2011 David joined MDH and the ITS-EASY research school for industrial PhD students. David is also a member of the research group in Business-oriented Engineering of Software-Intensive Systems (BESS) at MDH. Davids main research interest is system design utilizing wireless communication for automation and control with a business oriented approach.
