Dao Van Lan is a Ph.D. student at the Data Communication Group, School of Innovation, Design, and Engineering, Mälardalen University, Västerås, Sweden. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and electronic engineering, Automation and control engineering from the Le Quy Don Technical University, Ha Noi, Vietnam, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. From 2011 to April 2018, he worked as a lecturer at the Le Quy Don Technical University, Vietnam.
Lan's research interests include ultra low-power, low-area VLSI design & FPGA-based reconfigurable hardware design; embedded system & embedded hardware system; hardware security for Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN), and Internet of Things (IoT); Wireless communication.
