Stephan Karlsson, Doctoral student

 

Stefan is a PhD student at Mälardalen University since September 2018. He started his university studies within Computer Networks and Data Communication at Mälardalen University in 2008. In 2010 his study interests changed to Software Engineering and as such he received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Mälardalen University in 2013. This was followed by a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science with specialization in Embedded Systems from Mälardalen University in 2015.

Prior to his position as a PhD student, he worked as a Cyber Security Software Developer at Westermo R&D. He has also worked as a research engineer/assistant at the Industrial Research and Innovation Lab (IRIL) at Mälardalen University, mainly doing projects for Ericsson, Volvo CE, ABB, MDH and SICS between 2012 and 2015.
